Multiasistencia presents Digital Solutions, a new technology platform that offers insurers self-managed digital solutions to improve the claims management process.

New digital channel
Multiasistencia presents the new digital channel for policyholders that will enable the end user to communicate and interact during claim management.

2015
SysteMA is renewed
The company renews its technology platform to improve the performance, power, scalability and security of its systems. It is also adapted for multi-channel access. International expansion in Italy continues.

Portobello Capital
Portobello Capital becomes a majority shareholder of Multiasistencia.

New operating model
Design and implementation of a new operating model based on the vertical integration of the repairers’ network compared to the previous franchisee model.

A phase of internal transformation of the Group begins in order to adapt to its new international scale and to face its competition. Multiasistencia Portugal is born.

France, the first subsidiary
Multiasistencia opens its doors in France and exports the operating model for the first time.
