Multinational group with presence in Spain, France, Portugal, Italy and Brazil and provider of outsourcing solutions (Business Process Outsourcing or “BPO”) for large corporate clients, mainly in the banking, insurance and bancassurance sectors.
From its original activity of claims management, it has gradually incorporated other BPO areas in other branches of insurance, as well as new lines of business related to the management of our corporate clients’ user bases (design, marketing and operation of customer loyalty programmes), such as the management of “back offices” for changes in the direct debit of bills from a large number of Spanish financial institutions. In recent years, the company has become a specialist in the development of projects for third parties in the field of process development and innovation, using technology and improving process efficiency.
Finally, it should be noted that the company provides support services to all the companies in the group. The services provided include administration, accounting, taxation, legal support services, personnel administration and labour relations, IT services, financial planning and human resources.

It provides services to all the companies of the group, mainly commercial and marketing advice.

It specialises in the management and intermediation in the repair of claims from the multi-risk home, commercial and community portfolios and the extension of guarantees from its client companies, insurance groups and insurance banks. In recent years, Multiasistencia has developed other complementary services that enrich the offer and allow us to differentiate ourselves from the competition and complement the basic offer of claims management (premium offer in claims management, claims recovery service, content replacement…). In addition, it has incorporated a system that allows for the personalised processing of claims, which has placed the company with the highest levels of satisfaction from its clients.
4. SIGMA REPARACIONES, S.L.: Spanish company registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry in volume 18,025, sheet 81, section 8, page number M-311,568, 1st entry. For this purpose, it manages an external subcontracted network of suppliers in the field of repairs and reforms, by means of a commercial contract, with professional repairers in the different trades.

MULTIASSISTANCE, S.A., a public limited company of French nationality set up for an indefinite period, was established and the instrument of incorporation was deposited with Au Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Paris on 22 July 1997, under number 011998 of the protocol, and the instrument of incorporation was deposited with Au Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Bobigny on 15 April 1. 998 under number 4463, published before Au Greffe du nouveau siège in Journal Les Petites effiches of 8 April 1998, with its registered office at 145 Boulevard Charonne, 75020 Paris (France), and its tax identification code 413 114 901.
